I booked a room last minute after the hike up to natural bridge . I ended up booking one of their cottages as it was all that was available. It was cute, quiet... lots of spiders. I found them just about everywhere. I ordered food and a bottle of wine at the lodge and took it to my cottage with me. The kitchen was well equipped, the room did not have a working blow drier. Overall it was good for a last minute, unplanned stay. I probably could have used a few less 8 legged friends..., lol but I managed!

We stayed at the Park Hotel and unfortunately found it to be quite outdated. The air conditioning was a constant issue — it would only run for about five minutes at a time. We called several times for assistance, but nothing was ever done to resolve the problem. The screen was ripped out of the door, so we couldn’t leave it open to enjoy fresh air without letting bugs in. The food was disappointing across the board, from the free continental breakfast to the buffet and tavern options. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location — it’s centrally located to many attractions and just steps away from the Natural Bridge, which was incredibly convenient. Overall, the location was ideal, but the accommodations and food left a lot to be desired.

We enjoyed the space of the executive cottage. The lights on the path from the cottages to the Lodge were on during the day, but not in the evening when we walked back to the cottage, perhaps the timer is set wrong?

Cottage was mopped with bleach in every room. A/c had been turned off so when you walked in it took your breath away. Even after turning on a/c and opening windows 30-45 minutes later it reeked. Unable to stay in cottage and resort was full so we had to leave. Staff was friendly and canceled our stay

Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The balcony was lovely. The breakfast buffet was ok, but somewhat limited in options. The pool wasn’t open, understandably, but the walk from the lodge would have been daunting. Many many steps.

The positive is the convenient location and spaciousness. Many negatives. Cabin smelled very musty, poor lighting- only 1 lamp in the large bedroom and large living area, dishwasher still had dishes in it, dish detergent but no scrubber, no paper towels, no decaf coffee in room or available from the check in desk, multiple light switches with no known function.

We reserved the last accomodation that they had which was a cottage. It was clean but musty smelling. Furniture was old. The bed was comfortable. 31 steps from the parking area to the cabin. The staff were very nice and helpful.

This property location was great, close to everything we did. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The tavern and restaurant on site both had good food. The hotal is a little dated but has everything you need.
