Not very clean, no wi fi, breakfast very poor, no house keeping same towels all of stay only 1 toilet roll, no bins emptied no stair lift in situ as stated extremely not suitable for elderly or limited ability’s and not happy about the slug in the room that had crawled all over the suitcase, my handbag and anything else it fancied. Certainly would not recommend to anyone very dissatisfied!
Was our second time staying here. This time we booked the sea-view room. The room was very clean and well kept. The receptionist was lovely, shown us to our rooms. Very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back the next time we visit!
Room was dirty, layer of dust throughout. Toilet had marks, sinks had toothpaste from previous guests. Part of stairs had no handrail. Room had socket hanging from wall. Ended up staying at Savoy instead

I don’t like the stairs they were very steep the bed was very small for a double the bathroom was tiny very hard to get past sink for the shower for a large person the towels were rock hard. The staff were great the breakfast was top notch very hot and well cooked

I appreciate a new couple have recently took over and they agreed to give us a new room because there was two drips / leaks in our "sea view" room just to left of main bed. But then wanting to adress it straight away, the intercom was being ignored and waiting over 20 min in lobby to request the new room someone finally came and checked our room and come with an offer of a back room. Allthough bearly adequate came with no view and was inferior, but no compensation was offtered other than an apology. Maybe a free breakfast at least seeing as i had to pay for it on top Breakfast was ok (BEING GENEROUS) but absolutely no customer service other than here you go when it was brought out.. no one was ever seen again even though we spent a good 20+ minutes in there. We then left the breakfast area and went to the room and packed and left. Again never seeing anyone again... so guys, if you read this, spend more time with your guests and attend to them much quicker and dont keep ignoring the intercom until you feel you can come, especially when you indicate the reception is manned full time to 10pm.. shouldnt really keep guests waiting like that..
Dreadful hotel breakfast appalling room dirty gained puncture on entry to garage out back on studs in floor no sympathy from staff, breakfast was a joke had to give time, was cold and inedible avoid this place at all costs sleep on beach would be more comfortable, red hot filthy room appalling

Nicely kind owners, clean room and a breakfast is avalible,only problem is there are problems if you use a wheelchair or a stick because there are steps upto rooms and no lift or stair lift.

room and hotel in general was clean and tidy. the cooked breakfast was dissapointing bacon like rubber and eggs undercooked tomato cold strait from the fridge.
It’s disgusting we paid £128 for the night the room is dirty food on the floor and table curtains didn’t fit the window shower was red hot no cold water and water dribbled out kettle wouldn’t fit under the tap to fill and the bed omg I had 3 hot urs sleep asked for our money back within minutes of being in the room and was told no
The walls are dirty furniture is from the 60s the tv is so smell it’s unreal dust everywhere you could hear the people walking around creepy floorboards and £8.90 for I bacon 1 hash brown 1 egg 1 sausage and a spone of beans

Read the reveiws after booking as it was a last minute thing and we were worried, got there and met with a lovely girl and the room was clean and tidy. Deffo will stay there again. One thing though, had to empty our rubbish into a bin at the entrance.
