If you are looking for a hotel downtown that’s within walking distance of places to eat, drink, and entertainment, this is the place for you. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are great, and the robes are a plus!

The Hotel on Phillips is a beautiful property with a great restaurant on site. Our room was beautifully styled and quite comfortable for just the two of us. The parking lot available for hotel guests is not large, and we had to park on the street at a meter, as it was full when we arrived. This was fine as the meter didn't run after 5pm, but we had to put some time on it before we checked out the next morning. The hotel is in downtown Sioux Falls within walking distance to Falls Park. Our only complaint from our stay is that even on the 7th floor, we could hear all sorts of noise from the street level below - people laughing raucously and cars showboating, etc. A bit of noise-proofing on the windows would not be a bad idea!

This place was super cool. An actual bank vault to walk through! Room was beautiful. Upon leaving in the morning the staff member went through the John Dillinger story..gave some good info & was super friendly. We walked down to the bars with ease. I would recommend this place 100%.

We were sugeested by our waitress at Crawfords down the street, and the hotel was very easy to navigate, and the staff was very accommodating for us parking our motorcycles and have all their ducks in a row for our short time frame to book. Wish we had more time to have enjoyed the cool bar/safe from the lobby.

Beautiful and comfy!

This hotel is beautiful and clean. It has a wonderful view of the city. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The workout facility was amazing. Everything was wonderful. I would only ask that the staff give details about the place when you arrive. Most hotels will ask if this is your first time you’ve ever visited. If it is your first time in that hotel, they will explain where certain facilities are located in the hotel.

The Hote on Phillips is in an excellent location downtown that makes it convenient for walking to shopping, dinner, and nightlife. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are chic and updated. Overall a very nice stay.
