Even with moderate expectations, I was let down on a number of levels. The shower water smelled. I was not told the wifi network, which is not intuitive at all, and the room phone didn't work to make a call from my room. The wifi was then accessed, it worked slowly, and it stoped working. I was told "Right now I cannot give you any room on the ground floor because it’s fully booked. There is no extension. You are too far from the router. I’m sorry.” What? Why did the wifi previously work? Why is that amenity listed if the room (which doesn't change location) is too far? There was no effort to troubleshoot when I asked if they would do something about it like check on the router. The room's fan didn't work properly. There was no soap at the sink. There is a breakfast room/Expedia says breakfast is included, but I was not informed of any breakfast time. When I looked in at the breakfast room around 7:45 AM (sign said 6-9AM was the breakfast time), there was no breakfast there. Inept management.

We had Japanese beetles in our room the whole time. But other than that it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good. Parking was very limited while we were there.
