Silver Star Mountain Vacation Packages

Staff was sooooo nice. The room was pretty nice, beds great, clean, and nice bathroom. Our room had no table or chairs. We got a loft room. The pool and hottub. The chemicals were so overpowering that out of a group of 10 of us. We all had very sore eyes, and 4 people started having trouble breathing. It was unusable. We rented it so the kids (5 of them) had something to do instead we spent so much money taking them out and entertaining them. We all told the front desk and the response was "ok, we will let them know" Room great, staff great, price great, pool horrid. I unfortunately would not go back.

It was a beautiful resort with a gorgeous view of the lake.

The rooma is very comfortable

Location is good But we paid for a king bed room The bed and mattress was completely worn out sagged to the middle

The room was quiet, however the shower really needed some work. The grout and silicone needs to be redone, the shower head was terrible, no water pressure.

Washroom had no lock, we had to let each other know before using it. It was pretty average for it's price.

We stayed there because our daughter and BF whom we visited, live across the street. Hotel was very good, clean, nice rooms, helpful staff and well priced, good breakfast menu. Only drawback is partygoers and guests noisy at nighttime in parking lot. Seemed to be a problem on weekends mostly. Would definitely stay there again, trying to avoid Saturday nights.
