This is a very rundown property. Walked in and greeted by woman with no shoes and stained shirt. The lobby smelled of personal food being cooked. It permeated the place when we were brought to our room it smelled of smoke and was not clean. We walked back to the lobby and told them we would not be staying there. We were offered a room inside, but by this point, we were disgusted and chose to leave. We did not get our money back.

When I reserved the reservation I reserved a king size bed. When I went the room the floor was so sticky my shoes were sticking to the floor. They moved us to a different room with a smaller bed not the king bed I requested. In the floors in that room were just as bad and the toilet wasn't clean properly. So I used their towels to wash their nasty floor and the toilet. Then they charged me for towels.. I was never notified about any other charges. I called the hotel on August 19th spoke to the lady that answered the phone. She told me it was because I stole towels. And hung up on me. They charged me over $350 for two nights stay. Plus a 50 towel fee. They accused to me of stealing towels. I have proof of pitches of us washing the floor with their towels that I left on the floor in that room when I left. So if anybody would like to rent a room at this place I strongly urge you not to. They might accuse you of stealing as well.

The place needs an upgrade severely ! We could hear the traffic most of night and our neighbor kept making phone calls and we could hear every conversation as if he were in the room with us . Couldn’t sleep so we left middle of night

Located far from the tourist areas at the intersection of two highways. The walls are quite thin and on a busy weekend you can hear clearly into neighboring units. The rooms and property were very clean. There was daily room cleaning. The furniture is old but in good condition. The breakfast options are limited - there was some hot food on the weekend, but on Monday the only options were cereal, bread and a pancake machine. Overall if you come in not expecting too much, it's adequate. Basically you get what you pay for.

The staff was the opposite of friendly. At checkin and checkout, not even a hello, no smile, no did you enjoy your stay. These folks should not be in the hospitality business. As to the facilities, they are at the lower end of the motel experience spectrum.

No one at front desk on arrival @ 3pm (Check in time). Had to leave and call back at later time to make sure someone would be there when I got back to the hotel. Hotel lobby smelt of someone just cooking in it. The place wasn’t dirty per say but also didn’t have that clean feeling.

It was alright… I suppose - light was out in my bathroom - tv wasn’t working - neighbor was making phone calls all hours of the night so I hardly got any sleep - breakfast was bare minimum with at least 45min left in the breakfast window

The room is mostly ok, but the need to do some upgrades and repairs and rethink the set up. One side of the bed does not have a side table, lamp or outlet as they put the fridge and microwave there. The bathroom door is falling apart and makes a loud noise when you open it. The room service is kind of daily. They did partially restock the room, but did not really clean or make the bed. The breakfast was bad for us. The first day we went at 8:30 and there was very little there. Just some bagles, waffles and tiny muffins. The second day we wanted to get an early start, but when we went at 6:45 and nothing was set up, so we had to leave later than wanted. The road noise here is really bad and you often here noise from other rooms. I would not recommend this place nor would I return.
