Jay was awesome during the check-in and with anything else we needed. Very cute rooms. They have a campfire at night for all tenants. We enjoyed our stay, would stay here again and highly recommend Grizzly Lodge!

My son and I really enjoyed our one-night stay here. You should be aware that everything in Silver Gate and Cooke City close by 10:00 (to my knowledge) but if you plan for that detail, this will be a delightful place for you to stay. Property staff were accommodating and friendly, we walked across the street to dinner, and we enjoyed the evening fire that the Grizzly Lodge hosts each night for their guests. Room was comfy, and it felt great to be in the park about three minutes after we left our room--great access to the NE entrance of Yellowstone!

This lodge is conveniently located along the highway, making it easy to find even without internet signal. All of the cottages are set about 300 meters back from the road, creating a very quiet and peaceful environment with hardly any traffic noise. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odor, and very comfortable. I would also like to highlight the staff at reception, who were exceptionally friendly and polite. Overall, this is one of the best places to consider when traveling to or from Yellowstone National Park.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much. It was quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable after long days of running around in the park. We chose this lodge because of its very convenient location close to Lamar valley, which we knew would be our favorite part of Yellowstone. This was our 50 th anniversary trip and couldn’t be happier with our choice for lodging.Thank you so much!!!

Well, the room wasn’t the same as we booked so that was a bummer, it felt the place was going through renovation so didn’t bother to ask. The room was however warm, and had a good sleep.

This property is very remote which I loved however the rooms are under renovation and the property looks messy. The owners and staff were great though. My friend and I enjoyed our stay here for one night. No cell service at all in this town. They all use wi-fi for their calls and YES they share the password to their guests.

Loved it!

Grizzly Lodge was a great place to stay. The owners and staff were very welcoming and friendly. It is located in a beautiful area surrounded my mountains and a river. It is very close proximity to the northeast gate to Yellowstone. After a full day in the park, we would find a fire going in the fire pit in the yard where we could roast marshmallows and visit with other lodgers and, sometimes, staff. The room was clean and comfortable. It met all our needs. They are renovating a few rooms at a time but don’t let that deter you from staying. We would definitely go back
