The room was clean and very nice. There was more than enough space for our family that came to visit us. The pool was nice and clean, and the shuttle service they offered was an incredible option if you don't want to drive and park at the beach.

The staff was excellent! Our accommodations were very nice, very clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips during our entire stay.

Excellent location and hotel.

I loved the location. Check in was a little slow because there was only one person manning the desk and the phone was ringing. I was under the impression that I booked a 3 bedroom villa with an ocean view. When I got to my room, I was disappointed because there was no view. Apparently, if you book through Expedia you have to explicitly state your preference (ocean, marina, or city view). This was not my understanding and so I was disappointed because the room as expensive and the main reason I made the choice was for the view and proximity to the beach. I enjoyed being able to walk to the beach every morning to see the sunrise. The coffee bar was also a great amenity. The other negative aspect of my room was the loud noise the A/C made. It sounded like we were at an airport when the air kicked on. I loved that the hotel offered beach umbrellas, chairs, towels and beach toys. It really made the beach day so much more convenient, especially with 2 kids in tow. If I were ever to stay here again, I would ensure the room accommodations I book are actually the same as I receive. All things considered, I rate it 7/10.

Great proximity to Beach and shops. Room was a little outdated.

Love staying here, the staff is so nice and accommodating to early check-in or late checkout. Always a pleasure.
