While the staff was very kind and helpful some things like a loose faucet and crumbling wall in the room near the window were unnerving. The carpet felt a little icky and the hide-a-bed was insanely uncomfortable. However, those things being said the property was very inexpensive and the staff was very helpful so overall I would say the accommodations were acceptable if you need a place to rest your head. I would say if management could work on fixing the up the property I would give this a 5 star review. Location isn't the most pleasant, but it's convenient and that's what we needed.

I’ve stayed there a few times but am disappointed on the breakfast because they promote serving breakfast but are always out of breakfast sandwiches & never have enough or will replenish anything missing, also they don’t clean out the rooms daily

Will stay here again.

The front door was always locked had to be buzzed in. Side doors couldn’t be used. Had to have door keys re-keyed twice. Only two towels in bathroom. When asked for more was given 4 medium sized towels. Beds were comfortable, air conditioner worked really well.

The property was Not clean, had the bed with sheets only. Smelled like it was smoked in before. There was undercooked oatmeal for breakfast ONLY. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AT ALL. Drug addicts in the lobby walking around yelling at you. It reeked of marijuana also. Worst experience ever. And I had two kids with me and they also charged me more than what I was priced

The hotel looks great walking in, but my room was Nasty. I had to stop housekeeping to clean the toilet poo, Shower soap scum, dirty refrigerator and microwave in which she used the same sponge in the fridge from the shower to clean it with. Yuck, I had food to put in the fridge. There is handprints on the walls, and the window is heavily printed from children playing in the window along with a toothpaste spot on the wall. The Rooms are Black Molded in the window seal at the top of window from air conditioner and A Roach Came out and crawled down the wall to the table to get my Loaf of Bread. I was Shocked. And the downstairs lobby microwave looks like it has never been cleaned and the other things had crumbs in them after 10:30 am and the lobby bathroom was not clean at 1 or 2 am. and 3 young guys came in and sat down and watched tv at 1 or 2 in the morning but the Front Clerk didnt know if they had a reservation and had to ask someone on the phone did she check them in. And later they were in the parking lot and sped off in a car. But Del-Mar was Unclean, Have Roaches and Mold! They kindly gave me money back and kept it Professional at all times.

Helpful staff- thank you for a peaceful stay

Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was available every morning. Hotel was clean. Staff was kind and friendly and very helpful. I stayed four nights. The hotel its self could use some TLC and security gates around the outside of the facility. Only downside I could really complain about is upon check-in is when I was informed the indoor swimming pool was being renovated and i was not informed prior to booking my stay.

Horrible Stay!

Unfortunately our stay was not great . We arrived and got checked in quickly , but when we got to our room it had not been cleaned. There was a drink left in the fridge , food in the microwave and panties had been left in the closet underneath the extra pillow for the pull out couch , there was also no bedding for it. There was food crumbs from the previous people on the couch and floor. The phone did not work in the room so my husband went to the front desk . They did move us to the room across the hall. It was a little better but still had not been vacuumed , the extra bedding for the pull out couch was thrown in the top of the closet like it had already been used . There was also someone elses sock left in the closet . We will definitely not ever be staying here again !

Never said the hotel was remodeling so i booked it for the indoor pool and hot tub. When we got there they said it was closed. Would have never stayed there if i knew about the pool and hot tub

Absolutely Terrible. Once checked in, went went to our room. Our room had not been cleaned, the dirty bedding was on the floor. We requested a room change, and were were told they were fully booked, but we could put the DIRTY BEDDING BACK ON THE BED. Disgusting offer. I need a full refund. Very disappointed.

I was at this property for a total of 30 minutes, before completely, deciding not to stay there. The room was a mess, stains on floors, bedding, and drapes. The cherry on top was when unloading our bags, a man wanted in from the street and began harassing us Making my girlfriend feel totally unsafe. After this we decided to book a different room somewhere else.
