Upon arrival was greeted friendly and checking in was quick and easy! Received my room key. Elevator was broken so carrying bags an a kid up several flights of stairs wasn’t that convenient. Arrived to the room and seemed okay. Handle on dresser was broken. I never turned on the tv so not sure if it works or not. Moved the couch over an a napkin meth pipe fell on the floor and broke.. I picked it up and threw it away, figured it’s late. I’m gonna take a shower. Get in the shower and the handle is broken. Also had no hot water due to the broken handle. Called the desk an was told put the broken handle in the middle and it will get hot. I got it Luke warm but still was pretty cold compared to what i normally take. So a quick shower it was. Towel was smaller than I’d prefer to lol. They did have breakfast though. Sausage, eggs, cereal and a waffle maker. Went to check out the pool after and it’s out of service and not something anyone would want to use.

Nothing was unique about the property. The property was unsafe and lauders where hanging out. The guest were hanging out of the second floor window smoking marijuana. I questioned this to the desk clerk and she brushed me off. The elevator had not been working for sometime, therefore, their was no handicap accessibility. Luggage had to be lugged to the second floor up and down through my stay. The second floor smelled horrible with marijuana. This was reported to the desk clerk. The exterior of the building was not attractive. The workers did not have uniforms. The hold building smelled like dampness. My room had a damp feeling and the floor was wet feeling. The chair in the room was filthy and stained up. The drapes were hanging, the shower head was not working, and the toilet had to be unclogged. The maintenance worker that I saw the first night, was walking the halls after hours with no uniform and it appeared as though he had a room there. The housekeepers had no uniform to identify them from guest, just plain street clothes. I had to ask if they were guest or workers. The other guest that arrived with me, their room was so unsanitary. Their mattress had blood stands and when they presented pictures to the desk clerk, it appeared she had no concern. My guest end up leaving this hotel and had to reserve another hotel. This was very inconvenience for them. I will be disputing my concerns with corporat of Radisson hotels, Expedian, Choice hotels and the Better Business

Do not recommend

Smells like mold and weed. Seems like the whole place is in a state of disrepair. Holes in closet door, rust on refrigerator, tiles and grout missing in shower. Gave us the room key to an occupied room so we walked in on them and that was awkward. Just seemed dirty and unkept. It also seems like the parking lot would be a good place to get robbed or get your car stolen.

We ended up canceling our stay because once we arrived we were told our reservation was canceled. I called 4 hrs ahead of us arriving to let the front desk “Shine” is the person know we will be checking in late. She made note. When we arrived we were told the room canceled. The guy Christian apologized and fixed it. The elevator was broken. We had to pack our luggage up to the second floor. Once we enter the room there was water like a leak. It was a big puddle. We told the staff. We was told it’s from the rain. I asked so is it leaking on the walls?. I was told no it’s tile cheaper version of the ac unit. Depends on the rain direction if it will rain in the room again. Christian came and personally cleaned up the water. The linen on the bed was feeling very damp. And the hall way smelled like weed. People was arriving after the club like it was a hourly motel. We felt so uncomfortable we reached out to Expedia to assist with us check back out and finding another hotel. The green couch in the lobby is so filthy look like it has been pulled out of a dumpster. The doors on the room slams. The hotel need some serious repairs. I do not recommend staying there as I will never think not even twice to stay there again.

The front desk clerk was very nice very helpful and very pleasant. The hotel needs renovation. The elevator had been broken for 2 1/2 weeks and hasn’t been repaired so guess have to walk up flights upstairs to get to the room. I don’t understand why the management or the owners don’t fix this very serious problem also bugs And I saw two roaches.
