The room was clean on arrival. Ours was a 4 night stay. The second day we did get clean towels but the garbage was not emptied, bed not made and TP, Kleenex and soap were very low. The meal included was excellent!!! Much better than the usual toast it yourself buffet! All staff seemed pleasant and helpful.

Everything was awesome . The staff . The room . The service . The free breakfast at they're restaurant in the hotel . Would recommend this for your stay in Show Low Arizona.

Charm and Hospitality

The hotel needs a facelift especially the bathroom, but it was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The exterior of the hotel was cute and charming. Hospitality of the front desk was a 5 Star and I love the free hot breakfast they offer at their restaurant (Show Low Cafe). Would stay here again.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds they gave us a room with 1 queen bed and it took them 2 hours to fix it and then gave us a smoking roo. So the room was stinky and the ac didnt work but it was so late i didnt want to fight anymore . Will never stay there again
