While the check-in staff was initially courteous, the rest of our experience was disappointing. We entered through an unsecured side door and navigated a dirty staircase with a loose handrail. Upon reaching the second floor, the hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, and the condition of the room doors was inconsistent. Although our room was generally clean, it felt unfinished, with no transition between the bathroom and bedroom flooring and a kitchenette burner that was heavily soiled from previous use. To top it off, when we went to check out in the morning, the receptionist was fast asleep at the front desk and unresponsive, leaving us to worry about our departure being properly noted.

We really appreciated Diago at the front desk. He was kind and helpful and remembered our room info for when we wanted to charge things to the room. The breakfast was good, clean and well-maintained and was great for our family and they also enjoyed utilizing the pool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when visiting family.
