The motel unfortunately was remodeled without the safety and concern for the ultimate user.... the public. You had to quish by the bed into the bathroom. The walls had been stipled with a roller brush leaving them with extremely sharp and protruding points that if you accidentally rubbed the wall would be like rubbing against very course sand paper. Avoiding the wall was almost near impossible since you had to quish your body between the bed and the wall to access the bathroom. Beds were extremely uncomfortable...... ICK.... Nice people but bad property.

Don’t recommend

We stayed here previously and it was a very well kept family owned motel. However, This motel has become very run down. There are weeds all over the property and the pool is filled with dirt. They have redone some rooms with new bath fixtures and flooring. But the area did not feel safe or comfortable. We opted to find different hotel for our Sheridan stay.

The room was disgusting. Carpet was torn everywhere with stains and had not been vacuumed in forever. There were little flys coming out of the sink drain. What looked like poop on the wall of the bathroom. The baseboards were filthy. I could not sleep at all. People were standing outside the door talking loudly. My husband was bitten all over his side by something. The TV would turn on but when you tried to watch something it would just sit there and spin. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Absolutely trash. Prostitute crack infested broken down trash dump. Mis reported on website. This offer on hotel.com needs to be removed immediately. Nothing like any reviews other than poor. Poor is a complement. If you like hookers and drugs this is your kind of place.

This property was not anything like the pictures. I don't know if the owners just bought it? If they rent by the month? It was in poor repair. The pool was empty, the fountain was off. I can't even express how bad the room was. Flooring missing, bathroom was filthy, the ac although very cold had a bad smell. It was not secure, the door did not close all the way and there was definately not a good lock on the door. We did not feel safe so we left. It is next to a cute clean town park with a creek. I hope the owners can get it cleaned up, but for now I do not recommend your stay.

TheYoung lady that helped me was the only thing good about this place,otherwise the place is a dirty rotten dump. I was in stocking feet and in less than an hour my socks were black as coal, big gap under the door run down should have been torn down 20 years ago... Honestly and absolute zero

This motel is a dump in every way. Broken glass on the ground in front of our room. Carpet is stained, ripped, shedding. Freezer in the mini fridge had some type of food in it that was being overtaken by frost. Ice tray had dirt on it. The door stuck. Several leaks in the shower plumbing. Coffee pot was full of debris and dust. Sludge in the bottom of the swimming pool, no water. And they’re charging $150 USD. I’d never stay there again. We actually looked for a different hotel when we got there, but there were no vacancies in town for less than $300.

I drove into the parking lot and immediately booked another hotel. This one is dilapidated and in terrible disrepair. It looks like a grungy flop house-type motel. The pictures of the outside are extremely inaccurate. I don't think this motel should even be listed on Expedia. I wouldn't stay there if I was paid.
