Bartender charged drinks to my room when I gave him cash! Never signed anything and when I checked out the lady at front desk said I had a zero balance on room. 2-3 days later they charge my card for the drinks that I paid cash for. When I called and talked to guest relations Jessica was super rude plus on hold for more than 15 minutes! I will never stay here again plus how do you charge me for something I paid cash for and never signed anything? Also still waiting to get refunded for the drinks I was charged twice for. I even gave the bartender a generous tip as it was only a few drinks. Three exactly and was $46.30.. BE BETTER DO BETTER OMNI!!!!

Lovely antiques, beautiful property and yummy food. Beds are sooooo comfy. Plenty of refreshments and smiles. We’ll be back.

Jacory the host was very very helpful

Stayed for 1 week and the room we had was absolutely disgusting, nats all over the bathroom and the A/C was loud and leaked all over the floor, we asked for housekeeping and never got it, the final nights we finally asked for a new room and received it, it was better than the original. Would not recommend, very disappointed

Overall, I thought my stay was very good. The first room I was in - the toilet wouldn't flush, but the staff didn't waste any time moving me to another room. However, the carpet was very dirty. I actually threw away the socks that I used to walk on the carpet. The carpet looks visibly old, or maybe could use a deep cleaning.

Great place to stay in a part of town being gentrified. Great concept of these places which are in 250 major cities.
