We had a family suite with two connecting rooms. The fridge was a bit small. The bathroom sink and shower was plugged and required us going to the front desk twice before someone would fix it for us. There weren’t many usb plugs for us to charge our devices which was a hassle.

Check in and out are smooth and fast. Staff are very efficient and friendly. Location is perfect for dining, shopping, banking, park walk, 5 min walk from subway . Basement has 24 hr shop with many Japanese imports.
