The hotel was clean and staff were good. Comfortable and clean room, location was great close to transport,easy walking to shops and restaurants. It was right on the waterfront, view was lovely. I appreciated the early check-in and being given a lovely room with Harbour views. The staff was excellent. Queenie, the receptionist was wonderful and so was the house cleaning staff. The location was very convenient with a lovely walk along the promenade to some of the main attractions. The pool was very nice, but unfortunately, it was always crowded with lots of kids.

The pool was great. The staff were happy to go out of their way for you. The view from the restaurant at the fabulously diverse buffet breakfast is spectacular. It took some time to get our bearings and it was a bit of a distance from the action of Hong Kong.
