On the third day of the stay, a water main bursted on the second floor and flooded lower floors, which put all elevators out of commission. There was no communication from the hotel and I speculated that the elevators were all out of service as the buttons were not responsive. Walking down wasn’t too bad and I found out about the flooding as I descended onto the second floor where water was ankle deep thereafter.

The property is clean and the counter service is professional. The location is very convenient for visitors wishing to explore on foot, or taking public transportation. Just be informed it is a city life so it can be very noisy and you have to hustle around to keep pace with locals

With this being a 3 star hotel you have expectations. The place was basic but had no issues with the room or the hotel. The staff were helpful and kept the room clean. The only issue was breakfast. Very basic options available with no pastry options.
