The hotel is right by Yau Ma Tei metro station, just off Nathan Road, making it a cheaper but still very central option. Reception is well staffed and house cleaning very good. The room is a little tired but very clean and quiet.. Overall, this is a good choice.

The location of the City View was perfect. It is close to transit, food options and a great place to stay, when spending time in Hong Kong. I highly recommend staying here.

We were there when the typhoon hit. Rain water was sipping into the room. The carpet was wet. We were moved to another room immediately. The next day we were moved again because the air condition unit needed service. Other than that the stay was very pleasant.

The hotel was in a great area for easy transportation and very walkable. The rooms were nice but the bed was horrible. Like laying on a board. I could feel the springs. They bought a mattress to put on top of what was there so that was great. Then I had no hot water for showers at all. I let them know but it was never fixed. It was hot and humid so by the time I showered in the evening, the cooler water was doable. But I do like to shower in the mornings. Too cold with ac running all night. Check in a lobby staff were not loving their job. I made it work so it was fine. The location was perfect.

The front desk staff are professional and friendly. They are well trained. They were able to check us in early despite we arrived at the hotel early at 10 AM. The hotel location is super convenient, it is close to a subway station and close to all major shopping areas (Temple Street, Lady Street, and Nathan Road). Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time we are in Hong Kong. The concierge desk staff are super friendly too. Special thanks to Bella and Silva, they really went out their way to take care of us.

Great location in YMT, close to Nathan Road shopping and restaurants. No business center in the hotel, but there was a meeting area with a small conference table and chairs on my floor. The room was comfortable, and wi-fi worked well. The breakfast buffet needs improvement.
