We appreciated that the hotel responded to our request for high floor and quiet corner. We arrived after mid-night due to flight delay. Fortunately the hotel offers 24 hour check-in service. There was once a problem with the toilet but it was fixed quickly. Liked the provision of filtered water in place of bottled water. Staff also helped advising the nearest laundry service. The location is convenient with Mongkok East MTR station almost at doorstep - good for travelling to northern New Territories and to Admiralty on HK Island. Also walkable to Mongkok within 15 minutes. Overall, we were happy with our choice.

Smoky smoky room

Toilet is very smoky for some reasons. Called front desk and was informed that hotel is a non smoking hotel but that does not change the fact the the toilet is very smoky. Even the toilet smells and have to get housekeeping to give me new towels. Hotel offer to loan an air refresher for a few hours to clear the air. In the end, close the toilet door to prevent smell from spreading to room. Smell did not dissipate even after one night. Hotel need to enforce their non smoking rule.

Good location

Check in was quick even though some guests are doing twenty questions. Room is large and clean. Daily room cleanup is also good. Breakfast is a bit pricey but I think the quality should be good. Hotel is next to mall and offer much dining selection. Also next to mtr station.

The property is clean and neat. The elevator area/lobby to the hotel is a bit overcrowded, otherwise it is a pleasant hotel. The room cleaning ladies were very polite in the morning during our stay, always smiling, polite and greeting guests and they deserve recognition.

The place is so convenient to transportation especially the train. Room is well-kept. Staff are courteous and helpful. The only thing lacking is that I cannot charge my iPhone in the room, so I have to go down in the lobby where my charger works. Other than that this hotel surpasses my expectations, especially, cleanliness.😊😊

Great location right on top of the Moko mall which is great to shop at. Near MTR station and can get to Central in leas than 10 mins. Hotel is busy but staffs are friendly. Having the pool and gym is an add on! Great experience!
