The hotel was clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. The shower was hot and powerful. The included toiletries smelt beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were warm and welcoming - especially the waiting staff at breakfast.

Easter Break

Great location close to the city centre. Check-in easy and quick, on entering our room we soon realised there was an issue with the AC which I reported. Very promptly we we're offered a room exchange which we accepted, throughout staff were really helpful and polite. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice and food always fresh; adding takeaway cups would round it off. To summarise, clean comfortable rooms, good location, tasty breakfast and staff with a pleasant can do attitude...will stay again!

Exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel!

I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting with the hotel basically being a budget Hilton hotel, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. Staff were very friendly on arrival, the place looked very nice. When I went up to my room, I thought I might have been in a more expensive hotel. The room was quite big, large TV on the wall, the bathroom was very nice. It even has a safe in the drawer for personal belongings. I would 100% recommend to anybody looking to spend a little bit more than a Travelodge but still keep it budget!

Really impressive service

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help my friend after she cut her knee (not on site). The breakfast was great with loads of variety - kept stocked up even when busy and staff were always around checking on guests and making sure the buffet area was clean and presentable. It's clear the team take pride in doing a fantastic job!
