The property was adorable. Clean , would of been nice if the fridge was plugged in and cooled down also that there was a plug for the lamp , but maybe I didn’t look hard enough

. I recently stayed with my boyfriend in room 319 at the Travelodge by Wyndham Amarillo West Medical Center, located at 2108 Coulter St, Amarillo, TX 79106. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that the floor was incredibly dirty. As we looked closer, we discovered that the entire room lacked cleaning. This included stained towels, sheets with footprints and hair on them, and dirty counters, bathrooms, and lampshades. This was especially disappointing given that it was advertised as a remodeled room. When we contacted the front desk, the agent offered us replacement sheets and towels. However, when we went to the lobby to collect them, we found that these replacements were also stained, ripped, and had toilet paper washed and dried inside them. I have attached photos documenting the condition of the room and linens. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms had a severe water leakage issue. I informed the front desk about the problem, but I was disappointed with how it was handled. The hallways on the first floor had unfinished, exposed concrete, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Considering the condition of the property and the poor service, charging over $150 per night is completely unreasonable.

Loved the place . We stayed in a cottage an it was clean. We got there on the 1st day when it was rainy an cool ,2nd day we were out an about. When we got back the cottage was very hot ,thats when we realized the ac unit was not working at all ,so I did message threw Expedia app since thats where I was communicating threw with all my questions. Never got a response. We had a hard time getting to sleep that night since it was soo hot and then the next day finally got a hold of someone . The cleaning lady came to try to figure out the ac unit an was unsuccessful did bring us some sort of small fan that needed water but that also did not work. An no one else seemed to care that we were miserable in the hot cottage. No one got back to check on us. So we had a 2nd night trying to sleep with the heat of the cottage mind u it was around 85degrees out. Other than that it was a great place to be at. Laundry facilty you do have to download an app to wash or dry and the app makes you load $25 minimum.
