Great having 2 king beds. The villas show their age with the fact there aren’t many power outlets. Parking can be a bit of a challenge if you have a bigger vehicle or truck. Hard to turn around. Recommend backing in to the parking spots. Great overall place to stay for a few days for the convenience of a full kitchen and space. Nice view of the golf course. Quiet. Older stove, but functional. A bit of a walk from the parking spots to the front door. The outdoor automatic lights don’t always come on, but doable if you leave the porch light on.

Great experience at Hotel Phoenix! The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we interacted with made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Atlanta.

Clean Room , no breakfast comp

I like the location. It was a lot of restaurants and things to do in the area. The hotel had a nice pool, gym and it was very clean.
