酒店地点十分便利，楼下就是商场，也非常靠近陆家嘴三件套，有的房间窗景可以直接看到。想要体验城市生活的闹中取静，这间酒店十分推荐。因为是公寓式酒店，洗衣服和做饭都很方便。外卖选择很多，只不过要自己下楼取一下。外卖都是统一配送到一楼的。 顶层的健身房和游泳池也很方便使用。整体感觉很安静，适合常住。酒店装修属于老钱风，有些陈旧了，但是质量和用料都很敦实，实木居多，使用起来体验感不错。如果不介意装修风格的话，是很不错的选择，整体舒适度还是不错的，比起中等的连锁酒店要强太多。个人感觉在这个价位的酒店中，性价比很高。

Excellent location and room size. Being connected to a mall that has most of what we needed is most helpful and convenient. The mall is well-maintained with a good mix of upmarket tenants as well as food. The subway station was also connected to the mall. The hotel has a common living room with a coffee machine which was comfortable and especially useful if someone in the room needed a place to work separately. As the living room was accessed using a room key card, the space felt private and safe. We found hair on the floor when we checked in so cleanliness can be improved. Some signs of wear and tear but it’s not unexpected given the age of the place. The hotel could also been more generous with towels. The staff at the desk and breakfast were very helpful and efficient. My daughter enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, we would choose to stay here again.

LFC is connected to a lux mall. There is a main entrance on the ground floor and from within the mall. It can be a little confusing at first. The mall has an upscale grocery and restaurants on the lowest level. The room is western/comfortable. There is free coffee through the day starting at 7am. I did not eat breakfast. It seemed expensive at about $25USD for what it was. Staff English is passable, not great. Gym is okay for a few days. Sauna is clean. The views are outstanding.

Always wonderful but needs improvement

We have been staying at this hotel/service apartment on our yearly visit to Shanghai for many years now. The location and service of the hotel is unbeatable and we love staying here. However, this year it felt like the common areas are in need of improvement. Particularly the 3rd floor lounge and elevator area. The whole place smelled like dog urine during our entire stay, the rug outside the upper elevator is badly stained and had the worst odor. We told the front desk on several occasions and they would put some cleaning solution on there, but the smell would return after a couple hours. Breakfast is quite minimal, especially for longer stays. Other than these negative points the hotel is wonderful, and we would likely return again next year. Hopefully the rug is replaced and bad smell is gone by then.

his place is super convenient. There’s a supermarket and many restaurants in the mall. The mall also has direct access to the subway. Once you check in, learn the shortcut to the elevator hallway directly from the mall using your room key. This will save you a lot of time and an extra elevator ride from the hotel lobby.

A luxurious hotel, it's clear this was designed as a residence first, then designated for hotel use. The location is absolutely prime, given the IFC Mall is downstairs, public transportation close by, and a stone's throw from the Shanghai Tower.
