Great for an overnight stay between flights

Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent dinner and breakfast selection. Some rooms are very far from the lift lobby but fortunately the hotel offers trolleys to bring luggage to the rooms and airport terminals. Wish there was coffee and not only tea provided in the rooms.

Accessible within the airport complex, from terminal to hotel not a single second to be exposed to the elements. Though it's such a big airport, took me a while and walking back and forth to find the hotel entrance. Signage could be a bit better and clearer. Other than that, no complaints.

Good place, bad service

The hotel itself was clean and everything looked great, but unfortunately the service was really poor. Instead of feeling welcome, I felt like a burden staying here. That ruined what could have been a much better experience.
