Best ever customer service.

I have been to many hotels around the world and this is by far one of the best customer service I have experienced. The staff went beyond what they should do to make sure that we have a good experience. Hotel room was amazing well worth the price. I wish I could stay longer but we were there only for transit.

Hôtel moderne et confortable

L’hôtel est récent, très propre, avec un design moderne et agréable. Chambre confortable, bonne literie, parfait pour une nuit avant ou après un vol. Le service de transfert aéroport est bien présent (navette gratuite incluse), ce qui est un vrai plus. En revanche, j’ai eu des difficultés à trouver la navette à l’aéroport. Il n’y avait pas assez d’indications claires sur l’endroit où l’attendre, ni sur les horaires. J’ai dû appeler deux fois la réception pour avoir des instructions. Cela a un peu gâché l’arrivée après un long voyage. Une fois sur place, tout était impeccable. Je recommande l’hôtel, mais il faudrait vraiment améliorer la communication sur le service de transfert (email de confirmation plus détaillé, ou infos sur le site web).
