This was one of the worst hotel stays. Firstly right from Check in the fridge was broken and smelled like burnt rubber. The WiFi was shoddy. And the AC never got the room cold. Then we found out that the bathroom light was broken. We reported this multiple times - they came, fixed it, then then next morning it didn’t turn on again. It was exhausting. The windows of the hotel are filthy so you don’t even get a good view from your room.

It’s a lovely spot in Pudong with an excellent location and stunning views. Overall, it’s a good experience, but the materials used throughout the hotel could be of higher quality for a five-star rating. Additionally, the reception staff could be more welcoming and enthusiastic.
