Kid-friendly, staff are friendly and has good amenities. The food was better than expected but the price is also higher than anticipated. The 95$ pp per day accummulated to $500 for 2 days (5meals) there’s also a lounge fee ($13) that I was not aware of.

The staff was quite friendly, respectful and super kind. They were very attentive. Now, tge con was that the shuttle to Rama was not functional, so if you're planning to stay there and party at Rama, call ahead.

I stayed last week at the new Hilton hotel in Bracebridge. I was impressed how clean and spacious the room was. I made a suggestion to the recepionist on the desk in the morning. A few hours later she texted me that they had made the change to help others. That was amazing.
