Second time we’ve stayed and we’d stay again. Rooms are dated but spacious, clean and beds are comfortable but the parking isn’t the best when you come in later at night.

Need instructions for TV channel changing.

The TV would turn on with the remote but could not change the channels. Called Front Desk and person came up and said you had to point the remote at the box that was sitting on a shelf to the left of the TV. It would be great if there were instructions by the TV to let everyone know this is how to change channels.

I had problems with the air conditioner in my room, i reported to the front desk, all they did was give us fans. Unable to sleep due to room was so hot. Next day they did end up changing rooms but didnt offer to give me any discount or anything for the incontinence. I had to chase after housekeeping to get new towls and toilet paper as I was there for multiple nights. I will not be coming back. The pool look durty and the breakfast selections was bad. First morning no eggs as we were told no one went to the store to get any. I ask for a discount due to the issue of the room and they did nothing.

Smelled incredibly strongly of smoke as soon as the door opened. The fridge screeched loudly. Every single wall was covered with stains, drips and dirt. We didn’t want to touch anything because it was so gross. Needs a lot of cleaning and upgrades (iPhone chargers and dvd player).

Our stay was great,except the receptionist that check us in, never bother to smile and greet us. I greeted her first and she just responded while looking annoyed. But the breakfast lady is sooo nice to us and to our kids. Kudos to the Breakfast lady.

Enjoyed another nice stay. Much better than our last one. Check in was great. Our rooms were ready when we arrived early and were located as close as possible as requested. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful even though the central air was not working in the lobby and hallways. Our executive suite was comfortable. Only small issue was the noisy fridge. The morning buffet was tasty as usual thanks to Michelle. She works very hard making sure all guests are looked after and items are replenished quickly. Definitely the most pleasant and hard working member of your team. Outside areas are looking better with less weeds and long grass. The flower boxes outside the rooms are still disappointing with weeds and dead flowers. Would look better if boxes are just removed from the wrought iron decorations. We will be back again when we book another concert at Rama.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Rooms and hallways need updating though and repairs (ex caulkig around toilet). Small parking area.
Toilet not caulked and not sure who thought expansion foam was a good idea round the toilet.
Dresser is older and scratched. Could be much nicer ery easily with a little investment into upgrades

Stains on the duvet, carpet, couch and tub. Hair on the pillows and in the tub. Dirt and hair in the corners of the bathroom. Looks like it was once a beautiful place, just being left to go downhill. A/C did not work in the first room, even after we were told it was fixed. The temperature after "being fixed" was 83 degrees. Asked to transfer to another room. A/C there barely worked - only went down a couple degrees. Too hot to sleep. Looks nice online, but in reality, just a dive. Don't be fooled! The young girl at check in was nice.
