OUTDATED!!!

Service was good and nice breakfast BUT very outdated!! Was disappointed! Mucky smell, very old building. Peeling ceiling in bathroom, patches, tub rusted around drain, dirty mirror and sink spout. Deceiving online pictures!!

In need of a remodel

Everything is very dated and tired looking. When we arrived, my youngest commented, "I feel like we are in a Scooby Doo movie" After checking in, I was disappointed to find out that the included, full breakfast (a main feature/choice when booking hotels) was downgraded to continental (and it turned out to be very poor quality, didn't even have apples or bananas). We actually didn't even bother with it the second morning. I even overheard other guests (at the breakfast/first day) discussing the poor condition of the hotel. The room was musty/damp smelling when we checked in. We past another BW 7min down the road, and regretted not booking there.

After entering our room with the manager and cleaners in the hallway who offered to assist with luggage, after about 15 minutes a worker entered our room having just seen us enter a few minutes previously and then the manager was trying to open our door after seeing us enter and also right outside our door when the worker entered. There was a pile of dirty sheets on the floor when we entered our room also that we had to get removed. Breakfast was less than continental with very few choices. Depite raising these issues upon check out, no offer of any kind of discount was made either.

The building could use some updating, unfortunately we stayed here while the restaurant was under renovation so the morning breakfast was quite limited. Aside from that the beds were comfy, and staff were friendly, and helpful.
