The property can be accessed by bus or taxi/Uber but is not near the metro, Uber/taxi cost was 30-35 Euro to central Madrid and 18 Euro to the airport. They do not have laundry facilities. There were squashed bugs on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. There are no restaurants in the area within walking distance other than one other hotel with a restaurant. It was not a convenient place to stay in my opinion.

Excellent location in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and other shops. Host was kind, helpful and responsive. There is a pool and a gym in the properties that we did not get to use as we did not know how to access them — although was not a priority anyway but it would have been nice to have it described it on the general instructions provided. There are two thermostats that made it a bit confusing to use (maybe remove the old one?) and the bathroom exhaust fan was not working although not a big issue. Nice stay all in all.

Great place

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous. Truly beautiful stay - the staff is so friendly helpful and accommodating. The design is next level, a real treat. Wonderful location for walking around the city.

This is not the fault of the accommodation.. poor description of check in .. hotels describes front desk which is not how check in occurs .. one email says we have to download app then you will receive 2nd email with different code to use on a machine at accommodation which allows the app to key open accommodation.. but no 2nd email received.. and the address of the accommodation is wrong .. Too hard we bailed on it and went somewhere else that’s just money gone !!!

Two private terraces were fantastic. Breakfast was good value, staff recommendations on restaurants and transport were excellent. Centrally located to Plaza de Sol, shopping and transit lines.
