My husband and I had to stay at this hotel unexpectedly after our son was admitted to a nearby hospital. During such a stressful time, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. They left us a heartfelt card along with complimentary grab-and-go breakfast vouchers, which meant so much to us. We truly appreciate everyone who works here. Their kindness, compassion, and outstanding service made a difficult situation a little easier. Thank you for your thoughtfulness, we are incredibly grateful!

Room ac didn’t work whole hotel smelled like weed. Moved rooms in the middle of the night. Was supposed to be refunded for stay but as of this post nothing has been done. Avoid altogether

This was an average at best hotel. Definitely not worth the high price for it though at all! They may want to consider dropping the price or they won’t last very long. The rooms were average, food crap, and overall was not pleased. Won’t be going back! I rather take a trip to Galveston, or Dallas for the price we sent here at okana

This hotel is a MUST, it's absolutely adorable! The design aesthetics are fantastic, the rooms are beautifully done, the Citizen House is a jewel!!!

I fell for the beautiful pictures online, but unfortunately our room was nothing like the advertised photos. Had I known what I was actually getting I would have booked somewhere else. I’m not sure if we just got a bad room, but it was pretty sparse when it came to furniture and it needs updated- everything in the room was poorly decorated and furnished, and the placement of everything was super weird. Our key cards stopped working before checkout time. The blinds are on a remote and were broken so we couldn’t get natural light in our room. There was no TV remote when we originally came into the room (although a super friendly staff member brought one to us immediately when we let them know). The bathroom had no functional place to set your belongings, and hooks were too far away to utilize when taking a shower. The bathroom had blue painters tape lining the wall and the escutcheon plates on the grab bars were falling off. You could also hear people walking above us pretty loudly late into the night. The good: beautiful lobby and super friendly staff. The bed was also really comfy.

This place is awesome,I always come to this Delta Hotel because it is the best of the best, great service, awesome breakfast and always, always the cleanest rooms. I love it and I highly recommend, thank you Delta for everything, we had a great enjoyable stay! Extremely satisfied!

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good, pancakes-eggs-sausages 😀However the room was old and needed serious attention.
