The hotel was okay but no security in the parking lot considering all the homeless. Didn’t feel safe leaving my vehicle unsecured.

This hotel is beautiful. I lived in San Antonio my whole life and when they put this hotel in I always dreamt I would stay here one day and finally did (though I no longer live in the city). It was totally worth every penny. The only thing I wish was that my trip had been a little longer. Will definitely be coming to stay here again, its SUPER kid friendly and we saw quite a few pets too so I imagine its pet friendly as well.

Good overall experience. Some parking lot construction and one elevator was not functional. Good breakfast and nice staff.

Great place there ok I anit gona lie good spot my wife and I like them just wish they were more laid back lose up some ,but overall I give four.five there cool

No microwave in the rooms Ice machine broken on both floors Had to go to front lobby to get ice n use the microwave
