Parking in the back was easy enough to get into, but getting out was a bit difficult because the exit was blocked with chairs. Rooms were clean, soft comfortable bed, large bathroom but needs more counter space and ventilation. Bathroom window faces parking lot which is not an option to use as ventilation.

Don’t worry it’s close to the road,when you close room door,suddenly the room is quiet ,and you can enjoy the Mountain View,1st floor is very convenient,your car just park in front your room,fit for 1 night if Sedona is one of the scenic place on your trip

Limited service, would not stay here again.

Consider this a mom & pop establishment No frills. Rooms were clean. Parking available but some spots difficult to get out of because they blocked the exit to back of office with a patio set??? Office has the only ice machine, but is only open limited hours. Was told there was a vending machine but they weren't "sure if it worked".There is a Speedway gas station a couple of doors down within walking distance for ice, passable coffee & snacks. You are getting a clean room with zero extras or service Office doesn't open until 8am so I was unable to get a receipt upon checkout. I prefer a more amenities when i travel so this was not for me.
