The property is nice. The room was a little out dated, but not terrible. Having a coffeemaker, almost full size fridge, kitchenette, dishwasher, & ice trays in the freezer was quite nice. I did like having the shower and toilet separate from the sink and vanity area. Extra pillows and blankets in the closet were also appreciated.
There was confusion on how certain things function, like the shower. There was a parental lock on the tv not allowing us to relax and watch for a bit during some down time. I had to call the front desk by calling the hotel number and going through the prompts to reach someone. It did take quite some time to get some assistance with the issue.
We stayed almost a week, but didn't understand how the dirty towels and full garbage were handled. No one ever came in to restock or remove items. I should have looked further into how that worked. I do wish there was some sort of welcome folder with more information.
Most hotels I have stayed at in the past would have room information, a list of local restaurants, and a guide to local attractions. Unfortunately, local brochures and attractions are gate kept by the concierge that is more interested in a long winded sales pitch on a 90 minute presentation for discounts to attractions, rather than allowing you to look through the brochures and chose what fits your visit best.
Having a lock on the thermostat setting was a bit of a downer as well. Sleep was rough due to that issue.
