No in room coffee / noisy night

The bed was comfortable. However, this animal friendly place had a small dog above or below us barking off & on all night. Most people have some semblance of control of dogs they bring to public spaces. The truly big deal breaker is not having a working coffee pot. Not much to ask when we have an early flight.

It was a great value for the money. We had a kitchenette, so we could prepare some our own food. It's conveniently clise to the airport and Southcenter Mall.

The staff i encountered did a great job. The hotel itself is in need of a deep clean. I had to change rooms as my room smelled out mold or water leak. The common areas, hallways, elevators had not been vacuumed, elevators not wiped down, stained carpet etc. The room carpet in both rooms i stayed needed to be cleaned. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Lots of pink around the toilet which is from bacteria. I bought clorox wipes and cleaner. I had to go to the sister property next door to purchase laundry detergent and I had booked there. Much cleaner and nicer looking.

Condition of the actual room was very good. Functional kitchen and comfortable decor. Bathroom was a bit dated but functional. Front desk staff was a bit disappointing. We stood at the desk for five minutes before being acknowledged, and it was because the attendant was in the back room complaining loudly to another employee about every aspect of the job. Then he gave us room keys but didnt tell us where to go, so we wandered around the first building for five minutes before a maid told us our room was in the other building.

We were supposed to stay 3 nights but left after 1! One of the worst receptionists we have ever met to "greet" us and the place is filthy while someone was disassembling a car in the car park! This place was truly awful
