Overall very nice and reasonably priced for a luxury hotel downtown. Great views & nice amenities, like pool & restaurant. Only negatives were that rooms are a bit small and there were some hairs in bathroom when we arrived (not ours). Room was only cleaned once during our 3-night stay (but I know many hotels don’t clean the room every day anymore)

Great hotel in a very good location . The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable, and a good view of Puget sound. What was annoying was that the room had 1 small closet and 3 small drawers - that was the only storage space for 3 adults for 5 nights!

This hotel maybe iconic, but is in need of serious upgrades for a Westin. Still nice and comfortable. Staff is nice with food and drinks good. But, for a Westin, need to increase the overall quality.
