The hotel is well located in the city center, close to many interesting sites, cultural attractions, shopping and dinning. Rooms are large and comfortable. But the service is very poor. Checking in and out is very fast, but if you need anything fixed ( like the safety deposit box) or an extra towel forget it. No one even picks up the phone. And when they finally do they don’t deliver. Had to look for the towel myself.

Went to a concert at the Moore theatre which is walking distance. The next day we walked down to Pike Street Market and the waterfront. Lots of Parking lots close by at $35-$40 for 24 hrs. That's a great deal in Seattle. $20 credit to the Starbucks in the lobby was a nice little bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
