Nice hotel with clean rooms and comfy beds. There were some maintenance issues in the room that needed to be fixed. (A/C was not working) but they fixed it in a timely manner. The breakfast was the issue as every morning they were out of many items. We went back at different times and they never put more out. How does a hotel not stock enough breakfast food? The plus was the rooms were quiet and it was near the rail system.

We had a great time at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable—meeting Marriott’s usual standards. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the SkyTrain, making it simple to get to both the city centre and the airport.

Decent Hotel in North Seattle !!

Morning food service was absolutely hysterically terrible on the weekend. They had two employees working for hundreds of guests, running out of food and coffee and spoons, dirty dishes overflowing.

An overall good experience

The location of this hotel was perfect for us. It was close to our family that live in Pinehurst and the proximity to the light rail made it very easy to get downtown and to the airport. The room itself was spacious and seemed to be well-appointed. Comfortable bed and soft towels were provided. However, when we arrived, it looked like the bathroom floor was not cleaned (although this may be a reflection of the style of tiles used on the floor) Bar soap was not provided near the sink and we had to ask at the front desk for this. We also ran out of toilet paper and tissues because extras were not left in our room. The room was supposed to be tidied up every 2 days but this was not done on our second day. When we complained about this, our room was then serviced 2 days in a row. The breakfast provided consisted of several types of cereal, oatmeal, bagels, English muffins, and the hot selections were primarily scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, quiche muffins and a rotating variety of egg and cheese muffins or waffles. Waffles were very popular and the kitchen could not keep up with the demand. It would have been nice to have an occasional donut or pastry of some kind. Overall, we liked the hotel and the staff and will probably stay here again.

Beds were great. Dining area is very noisy. The chairs scraping on the tile is really loud, like fingers on a chalk board. Maybe suggest felt tips on them.

Very new property as of Aug ‘25. Immediately next to light rail station and what used to be Northgate Mall (still has some shopping around but hope that re-develops soon). SUPER wish places like this would invest in using their own facilities and using that insight to round off the rough edges. Pros: -great layout and large space; good for long-term stay -new -great beds -nice kitchenette Cons: -ice maker didn’t work -no in-room safe -lighting was harsh -windows directly onto freeway express exit and elevated light rail track Suggestions: -bring something for white noise -management needs to change lighting over kitchen/dining counters and lamp bulbs to be warmer and more diffuse. -window covers should include privacy screen from bottom up rather than top down.

Everything was great. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. They had a great continental breakfast with lots of options. The distance/time to downtown Seattle was not bad and I would definitely stay here again.
