Room was very clean. Courtesy shuttle to and from the airport was great and very prompt. Staff made it easy for check-in and knowledgeable about the local area. I'll stay here again.

They have a shelf in the hall with the coffee maker. No plug in and no water no creamer or ssugar provided and it is the crapiest little plastic coffee maker I have ever seen. You have to move everything into the bathroom which is very limited in space.. There is only one plug in the entire hall and it is not by the amenities nor the Ironing board. Their were some papers left on the floor and the room was Western Hotel style and way over priced.
The property was fine, but the person who checked me in on May 30 was rude and not at all friendly. When I asked her about breakfast, she snapped that they didn't serve it, but the lobby restaurant did. When I checked out the following morning and had a flight to catch, I asked about the shuttle which was a few minutes late. She again snapped at me, saying "he's coming!" The shuttle was sitting outside empty, and a man came ambling over about 5 minutes later and took me and two other guests to the airport. Serious lack of customer service. I told her that if she didn't like her job she should get another one and she just glared at me. I wouldn't stay there again and recommend others to avoid staying there as well.
Shuttle didn’t pick us up at the airport. We kept calling the hotel and told us to keep waiting. After 45 mins we got an Uber to take us to the hotel. We booked this hotel specifically bc of the shuttle from the airport so that was disheartening.
As you walk in the smell of food is terrible. The place looks dingy and dirty, as does the room. Hair in the sink. I hope there are no bed bugs because I've been itchy since i sat on the bed.
The front desk person was unfriendly. The tile in the bathroom was lying loosely up against the wall behind the door.

I made a reservation to hotel ! They even got my cc card ! But when I came in to check in I learnt that This hotel has been closed for the last 7 months and it’s under construction!!! I couldn’t believe it ! My plans have ruined !!! How can you advertise a hotel that’s not been in service for over 7 months !!!
Was a comfortable stay but nothing exceptional. Loved how close it was to the airport. Shuttle ride to the airport went smoothly.

First time there, no prob with transportation, check in, even the food was good. Onsite available drink machines needs to be upgraded or maybe just fixed.
10 days later, coming in at 11:30 pm. Phone # on call board goes directly to answering machine, "leave message for ride from airport." Call to website phone #, long voicemail but no person. The $20 taxi ride WILL be refunded.
