Food at the restaurant was fabulous! Rooms were uniquely designed and had a great vibe and comfy beds. And room was very clean. I would suggest some customer service training with the front desk staff who checked us in. He could have been more engaged and helpful. But overall the stay was great! We will stay again if in the area.

The bed and towels are nice.

The thermostat works well. The in fireplace Smeg refrigerator is well stocked. The shower is designed to soak most of the bathroom floor. The morning water pressure is insufficient to allow use of the ADA shower bench. The lighting over the bathroom sink is dim. There are no chairs in the guest room. Water is $13 a liter from the coffee (Nespresso) niche. The flooring in the elevator looks exceptionally matted and dirty.

This hotel is super aesthetically cute and the staff were friendly. We loved the hotel bar—such a nice touch to offer drink tickets to guests! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. Our room had a quirky layout, with the sink oddly placed on the opposite side of the room from the toilet, and our window view wasn’t the best (just a dirty rooftop and some very vocal seagulls that woke us up a few times).

Beautiful hotel with issues

The hotel has a beautiful room off the check in area with a fireplace, books and couches and chairs that would be nice to relax in. The hotel is a short walk to the market, near restaurants and great location. There were a few issues that we did not like. The A/C is controlled by the hotel. However they list specific instructions on how to bypass and set thermostat to your liking, however, after a certain amount of time it goes back to the main setting. When it changes in the middle of the night the room becomes very warm. Also, when taking a shower it was a drizzle. No water pressure. The also do not have ice for you to take to your room. We found those issues incovenient.

The hotel lobby/room and dining/beverages were excellent. The parking was just 2 blocks away, but after dark some concerning urban street activities. Probably needing more Law enforcement. The proximity to Pike Street Market, dining and retail shopping was very enjoyable daylight and early evening hours.

Loved everything about this hotel especially its location right next to Pike Place Market. The staff was all very nice and accommodating, the hotel and rooms were clean and people watching from our 4th floor window to the streets below was a kick. My only disappointment was that the bar and restaurant close early on Sunday and Monday but I do understand that employees need time off so I didn’t get to try the food.
