The property was in a great location, and walking distance to pretty much everything. The hotel is a lot closer than you think to Pike Place Market. Staff was really great. Rooms are very spacious , it is like an apartment more than a hotel room so they don’t service your room at all until you leave. The only downside if you don’t have early check in, they don’t have a restroom for you to use until your room is ready and literally you can’t check in until 4. We had been waiting since 10am since we had an early flight. Also it is an older building, but overall good. But def deserves the 4 stars, I would give it the 5 if it weren’t for those minor inconveniences .

It was accurate to the description and it was right by pike’s place! Great location. The apartment itself was very nice. The city is a little sketchy at night, so just park in a garage because finding city parking can be kind of hard, but we did park on the streets overnight and pay in the morning since you need to pay between 8a-8p and it was ok. Be aware since there are more homeless people hanging around that part at night, but it wasn’t too bad. Complimentary coffee and tea and water- we even used the in-room kitchen to cook breakfast in the morning and it was great. They have security on the building at all times, the entrance is a little hard to find but it had Christmas lights and they also have a feature where when you enter your code to get in, it automatically calls the elevator, so it’s ready for you to use when you walk in and there’s always a friendly security person there to help you- would stay again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Greeted every time we entered/exited. They waved some of the extra fees in exchange for signing up for their rewards program. Only issue was a $250 charge hold that we were not made aware of when booking. Otherwise everything was amazing!

Great, friendly staff Great location (Close to Pike Place Market, 1 Line subway, Monorail, and tons of food options) Kitchen with fridge/freezer/microwave/stove/dishes Access to the gym - Thin walls and doors, can hear adjacent rooms and anyone in the hallways easily. Hopefully you don't get loud neighbors like we had. - Rooms are tight, difficult to get around in... had to practically side shuffle to move through the room and we're small people.

Right by the pike and a lot restaurants which is a plus. Staff was nice but if you’re into staying somewhere clean where they mop and wipe down then this is not the place for you. The washer and dryer also needs to be fixed. Ran for hours and right next to bedroom so we had to get up in the middle of the night to cut it off. Asked for someone to clean the floor in the bathroom was a lot of hair and didn’t look like it was ever mopped. The cleaning person only brought a small fiber cloth

We love that it’s just a couple of blocks from pikes place and plenty of restaurants that open late near by. We got the cozy studio and having a small kitchen available was awesome!

Wonderful location, easy access to all the local attractions, car rentals, and public transit to and from the Airport. Convenient, secure and safe, with lots of food options nearby. The unit was nice and looked recently renovated. Things were in great condition and clean.

Hotel was nice and cozy. Only downside was that they clean your room every 5 days which is pretty nasty. Also, our room faced another room when I had booked a city view so we just had to keep the curtains closed the whole trip.

I like that two rooms were in a one condo, however we had many issues with the facility. For example, we didn’t get extra toilet paper even when asked. There was limited towels. No room cleaning services. Very little perks about it, just over all very basic for what we paid.

The apartment itself very clean and very well equipped. The bed is extremely comfy. Right on 1st, so it is very loud. Even within the building, youll be hearing entire conversations. There are no black out curtains. Tons of light is blasting in all night from the street even when you close the weird drapes . The washer dryer did not function properly. Clothes on "dry" for 2 hours still required getting put in a communal dryer outside of the unit before check out. The heater also didnt work well, leading to the night lady offering a space heater, which unfortunately, only worked sporadically and sometimes not at all. It was quite cold. Wifi would not connect on my laptop, ended up using my hotspot. Also no wifi password provided, however, maybe one is not needed? The maintenence and front desk were very quick to address laundry issue a a nice gentlman walked me up to the 2nd floor and took care of the cost for me to get my clothes dry before check out. As a frequent traveler, I dont like the no card, all hand typed code for everything...front door, elevator (highly questionable btw), and door to unit. Specifically outdoors, as a woman and Seattle resident coming home for the first time in many years, being handed your door code on a torn, handwritten piece of paper is ridiculous. Also the number pads themeselves are highly problematic and create a safety risk for people held up outside with all the sketch transients. Overall, ide stay again for less than 120.
