Room was good for 3 people though the second bedroom was barely big enough to fit the bed in. Comfy robes. Not many restaurants in close proximity but a few were within an 8 minute walk. Felt safe. Very friendly people in the area.

The suit was a large room. Not a usual full service hotel experience. I would recommend adding vanity kits to the bathroom. The amenities are great. There is a lot of parking but we got stuck on P5 and had to walk all the way up to the lobby when the elevator wasn’t working. Other than those minor issues, good experience.

Many of the amenities were rented out or closed when we wanted to use them. Other than that it is a nice property with apt sized rooms. We liked having a kitchen and a w/d in the unit. Dining options were a bit further out. The property was clean and the staff was friendly.

This was a very unique hotel. It was difficult to find and parking was terrible to figure out. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was nice, but only because housekeeping wasn’t ready for us an hour after regular check in. It was NOISY. In both bedrooms, we heard street noise or dogs barking at people yelling at the dog park next to our room. Another customer was singing very loudly in his room after midnight

The sauna and steam room nice. We looked forward to a pool day but the area is shaded until well into the afternoon, so that was unfortunate. The noise is too much for the price paid. A bunch of people partying at the pool area below and the room above us until after midnight - at $500 a night, I would at least expect a good nights sleep! It’s nice to have a full kitchen and refrigerator and the ability to prepare meals.

Excellent Apartment hotel especially for families pools and hot tubs were awesome, kids loved basketball indoor court and games etc. However the outdoor pool turned into some sort of spring break hook up area. It was grossly packed with some residents obviously having parties. The parking and amenities are an extra charge you cant avoid they make you purchase at check in after you have already paid for your room rate.

This is the third and worst stay we have had. The 4pm check in is so late and to make it worse there was one person on check in, the line at 4pm was ridiculous,there were other staff there but this poor girl was doing it all herself, by the time we got to the room it was nearer 4.30-5pm. the elevator situation is awful, you park below the hotel, however you do not have a key code to access the elevator and so it's the stairs for 5 floors! added to that, there is no signage in the elevator to say reception,pool, amenities etc,so you have to guess at which floor you need. Upon leaving the room (11am checkout) I realized I left something in the room but it was 11.01 and our key did not work, so I had to go all the way back to reception and what do you know,a huge line because yes there's one staff member dealing with everything. For $400+ 4.30 checkin, 11.00 checkout, awful elevator maze it's not worth it, such a shame from our first visit.
