Excellent start at this hotel, and the only reason we’re giving it 4 instead of 5 stars was because the cleaning staff were banging on our door before 9am. And they knocked 3 times within 10 seconds as they didn’t even give me time to get to the door even though I was telling them I was coming to the door.

We stayed here for one night while in Seattle for a concert. The area was excellent- walkable distance to T Mobile Park and tons of coffee shops and restaurants around. The hotel is clean and the room was clean. I did find the room dated but it was clean and served its purpose. Something to beware - there were added charges to our bill, tourism fees etc and the parking was $60!! This is probably true of all hotels in the area. We would stay here again 1-2 nights for a concert.

Nice hotel, not the best for budget

Came here for a concert and booked this hotel so I could walk to the venue and be close to the pier. Location was great if you’re a walker. 3 blocks away from the pier and the market! The fitness set up was odd…. Split on two levels and the rooms were both small and cramped. Decided to run outside versus in the facility. This was way over what I wanted to spend. Staff were great!

This is an older property ready for a makeover. However, it was clean and the service was excellent. The bar/restaurant was also very good. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room was beautiful itself, the bed was very comfortable and it smelled great in the room. The staff were also extremely kind and friendly. We really disliked the shower though. The lay out was quite unfortunate because although it looked nice it was not functional. The shower doesn’t have a door because it’s open concept but that resulted in us having to use the lowest shower setting to avoid splashing out of the shower to the sink but even then the whole bathroom floor got wet every time we showered. The room phone was also filthy which was gross.
