Great Location Limited Front Desk Support

You can’t beat the location of thus hotel with it being a stone’s throw away from the Space Needle. The room was nice and breakfast was good, but the front desk staff were always curt and acting flustered. We had to arrange for our own taxis and guests had to pay for our own water even. I witnessed overly friendly “help” given to a Japanese speaking guest, so I wonder if young women, non English speakers, or wealthier guests take priority, Room service is only upon request and is limited by number each day, so we got none in our 3 day stay.

Room was clean and well organized. The beds were comfortable. There were not comforters on the bed just loose blankets making the bedding feel a little scratchy. The floor in the room squeaks every time you walk around the room. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was well organized and food was good.

Only complaint is that you can hear every step of the room upstairs right on top of us. The time we stayed there was a kid just stomping back and forth for the entire afternoon 3-4 hours of non stop stomping.
