From the second we booked this hotel, to checkout our experience was absolutely amazing!!! First off the staff is amazing!!! They allowed us early check in since rooms were available. My husband called before we arrived and informed them that it was my birthday, so they upgraded our room to give us executive lounge access with free breakfast and beverages and snakcs available throughout the day! Our room was on the highest floor and we had the MOST incredible view of the entire city with Mt. Ranier to the left and the cascades to the right! The view of the space needle was beautiful from here as well! The bathrooms were top notch and the toilet even had the japanese style bidets with heated seats and dryers! Staying at this hotel was a top experience for us in Seattle and without a doubt I will always return here when I come back to Seattle!!! Highly highly recommend! I would even say this could go as far as one of my most favorite hotel stays ever!

The staff was very friendly. Checking in and out was quick & easy. Location & parking is great! The room was clean & tidy. However as soon as we stepped inside there was an overwhelming "farty" smell (later it also smelled like wet dirty laundry). We didn't have time to change rooms & figured it would fade but it persisted through the night. It seems to be the A/C unit, needing a filter replacement. ? Otherwise, it would hsve been 5 starts for us.

The staff is very nice. The room was clean, but the bathroom door doesn't have a lock on it. Great bonus: the toilet had an electric bidet seat. They also include complimentary rubber slippers.

The room was amazing! The staff was also extremely welcoming. Shoutout to Kumiko for making this THE hotel for us to go to. Even through just emails Kumiko was extremely attentive and helpful with questions I had which made the whole process 10000 times smoother and enjoyable.

Suprisingly good. The room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable bed. And the location is amazing. Parking is outrageous so we took the lightrail which worked beautifully.
