Good for a night or weekend stay. The actual lobby is on the 6th or 7th floor which makes you reliant on the elevators which can be slow or long waits at high traffic times. There is also no pool or hot at this hotel. And the hot water in the shower can take about 5 mins to heat up as we were on the 24th floor. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable with good views and complimentary breakfast was yummy! Would stay again.

The morning check out lady was rather rude. I was not informed that breakfast was not provided and had to pay for it. Getting around the hotel was a bit confusing.

Stay here.

Coast hotel was a great choice for an overnight stay before boarding our cruise. Close enough to the port to be convenient and close enough to the tourist spots you'll probably want to visit. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING. I'd definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean and staff was willing to accomodate our every need. The hotel is located centrally dowtown and a walkable distance to many main attractions and stations. We stayed their for 4 days and the beds were really comfortable. Great place to stay!

A true four star property

A true four star property. Clean, modern rooms. Sink drain was clogged and was remedied quickly. Housekeeping does a thorough and detailed job. Walking distance to convention center. Front desk informed us we could check out at 1:00PM but we got a call from the front desk on the day of checkout at 12:04PM asking us when are we leaving. Needless to say, we felt rushed to leave and kindly asked if we could have five more minutes. He politely replied, “yes.” Parking at the hotel was expensive but no issues finding spots during a busy convention center event. Beds were clean and comfortable and the mini-fridge was a nice convenience. Keycard was required to access the floors with rooms. Alex was great and allowed us to check in early and even upgraded us! Five stars all the way!!!
