The area of the floor where our room was seemed to have experienced water damage which was being remediated. There were noisy fans which seemed to be connected to dehumidifiers on our hall right up to our door. It seemed like a construction zone. Once we were in our room it was quiet and we no longer noticed it but the effect was unappealing and concerning.

It was okay. Expensive for the condition it's in, but it's closest to the airport so when I need to overnight it's my go to. So badly needs updating. Wear is obvious in some places, and the rooms aren't what we need and want now. Kinda like walking into the 90's and with much of the 90's unusefulness. But the help is nice, if not friendly. I gave it a "good" rating.

We really liked our stay. It was great to have a shuttle to and from the Airport, those drivers were excellent, took away any apprehension with a new airport to us. When we checked in it was very busy, the check in staff eeally stepped up with a nice flow to get people checked in.

Great convenient stay when flying out of SEATAC. The hotel was clean, the beds and bedding super comfortable after a long day of travel. Easy walkable access to and from the hotel via skybridge.

The air wasnt workimg properly. It would be colder in the day after the fixed it but at night it heated up to where it was to hot to sleep. The plugs didnt work in half the room and the toilet stopped flushing and i had to fix it. Hair was in the bath tub and the shower head was broke where it held it on. Paid to much for the defered maintenance in The hotel rooms.

I wouldn’t if I were you.

They were not prepared. While I understand somethings are beyond your control, they were not prepared for the amount of people they were gonna have the last few days. When I checked in, I was first given a room with a giant dehumidifier inside the room; extension cords running across the floor, hoses in the sink, the whole deal. They obviously had a leak of sorts cause there were several others in the hall. I went back to the front desk and guests left and right were having to be escorted to their rooms because their keys weren’t working and they couldn’t get in. When I requested a new room I was assigned a room across the hotel, no biggie, walked all the way over and then… my key didn’t work. Had to go back and wait again to get new keys assigned. Third times a charm. Meanwhile this is a work event, I am supposed to be meeting my team shortly, so I finally get inside, get to my car get my stuff and drop it in my room. Fast forward. I get back from my team dinner, it’s 8/9 pm at night I’ve now been here since 7am, I kick off my boots, and think to myself a hot bath or shower would be amazing…. Wrong. I have never been in a hotel that ran out of hot water. Before it even got fully hot it ran cold. I thought maybe too many people, so I tried again at 5 am but still no hot water, didn’t get back to my room again till 9 the next night again cold shower, and when I checked out I told the front desk, just so the next guest wouldn’t have to suffer and got a “should of told us” :/

While at first glance the restaurant menu seems at the very high end, one can order a very good meal by picking the right items. We shared a salad, and the wife ordered a small plate for her meal. There was plenty of food. The pork chop had an abundance of fingerling potatoes and asparagus. No room for desert.
