The hotel is nice and clean, the staff were friendly. It is convenient and walkable to Riverstreet. There is a parking garage next door if you don’t want to valet your vehicle. Only complaint is the air conditioner in the room was obnoxiously loud and kept waking me up. Front desk lady said all the units are loud. She did get someone to check it but no success with making it quieter and they could not change my room because they were full. So I did not sleep well.

Long weekend

The staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel needs a lot maintenance. Air not working, bathroom toilet running, need maintenance tub not draining, mold in the shower. All area's need a deep clean. No breakfast service.
