This was such a lovely place! Beth and the entire staff were welcoming and accommodating. I truly loved the fact that I stayed at a historic home rather than a traditional hotel. The Godley Manor is walkable to downtown; everywhere is less than a mile walk, 15-25 minutes, depending on where you’re going. If you’re looking for a serene, beautiful inn with that Southern charm, The Godley Manor is it. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a truly lovely stay at the Godley manor. It was so much better than a basic hotel room. The staff were so nice and the room was perfect. The bathroom was clean and nice with soft large towels. We walked to restaurants and shopping and left our car in the lot most of the week. A Savannah Gem!

This is a lovely facility and a pleasant stay. The property has been restored and looks beautiful. Everything is well done and it has a comfortable environment. The facilities in the room were very good to excellent. I would say the bed was a little bit hard, but it was tolerable. I would say that the breakfast is a light continental breakfast, which I would describe as paltry at best. But the coffee was good, which makes up for a lot. The area around the facility was great. It is in the historic district and a lot of good things to see and do in the area. This was very pleasant and I would be glad to do it again.

Godly Manor was a lovely place to stay in Savannah. The house was amazing, beautiful decor the brought us back in time. The bedroom was quite large with an upgraded bathroom and good closet space. We felt comfortable and quite at home. We had a good continental breakfast and then could walk into town. We would stay here again.

Loved our stay the ambiance was perfect! Felt this added to the historical character of Our Savannah trip and made for a relaxing trip as if we had stepped back in time but with all the modern conveniences, nice sized bathroom and fridge in rm.
