The room is spacious. However I booked a non smoking room and as soon as I walked in the room reaked of smoke. There was also long strands of hair in the sink. I know they aren’t mine (traveled by myself) because I just finished chemo and don’t have any on my head…..

This is a first. After driving all day we made it to the hotel just before we crashed for the night. We woke up early and groggy, still needing to continue the journey. My partner hopped into the shower and unknowingly grabbed a used and soiled dirty rag. Sensing something wrong, she grabbed the other rag--but it was dirty and used too! I didn't know that this had taken place because she was kind enough to walk to the front desk and get me a clean rag. Yuck! Had I learned about it sooner, someone would have gotten a mouthful.

The room was clean but the plug ins hardly worked for our phone chargers. Overall not a bad stay though. Very nice staff and clean rooms, lobby, decent breakfast and good parking.

Room was clean. Shower was very slippery handle was on the opposite side toilet one of the bolts that hold the lid on was missing. Did report this to the office so they’re aware of it.

I told the clerk there’s a gas smell. Like propane. She couldn’t smell it but it was strong by the front desk. Asked her to let maintenance know as it is for sure a gas smell
