It was a great stay. Great staff and great service.

The workers at this resort will make sure your stay is perfect, beautiful place all around.

Restaurants had odd hours and several were closed most of the week. Buffet was about the only lunch option and hours were limited. More dining options and better hours needed.

Every room was very clean. The outdoor areas were impeccable. Each restaurant was fabulous.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Property looks just like the picture, very spacious, can be very hot n humid entering the country. We visited Feb 2020 and left snow behind. When we got to Taylormade we were very pleased with AC in every room including the common areas and ceiling fans as well.. Ms Powell was excellent, attentive, inviting and there to help when needed. Puerto Secko Beach was the highlight of the trip. We strongly recommend this Taylormade property.
